Refunds & Cancellations
DVDs and all physical products
You may request a refund for your order for goods at any time up to the end of the twenty-first working day after you have received the goods. You do not need to give the Company any reason for withdrawing your order nor will you have to pay any penalty.
To withdraw your order, you must notify the Company in writing at the address set out in the returns section of this Web site.
Items must be sent back to the Company contact address at your own cost and risk.
Once you have notified the Company that you require a refund, any sum debited to the Company from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by the Company in the condition they were in when delivered to you.
You may cancel an order at any time prior to despatch by the Company.
Membership subscriptions
You may cancel your Guitarbootcamps membership subscription at any time. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL MEMBERSHIP PERIODS WHERE PAYMENT HAS BEEN TAKEN. To cancel your subscription, log into our website, click on your name at the top right of the website and select “My Account”, then open the “Subscription Management” option and then click on “Cancel Membership” and follow the instructions to cancel your subscription (this is a two step process that must be completed to ensure the cancellation is made).
If you choose to upgrade your membership, when your next scheduled payment is due on your current subscription, instead your account will be upgraded and the new subscription rate will be applied and taken at that point.
Membership Resources Fair Use Policy
Any backing tracks and supporting tablature or PDFs are provided as a supplement for lessons and courses. Therefore, these resources are for personal use only. A provisional limit on media downloads applies to the first three months of any subscription. Guitarbootcamps reserves the right to cancel, without refund, any membership if fair use of backing track and PDF downloads is called into question. All lesson materials, content and backing tracks remain the sole intellectual property of Guitarbootcamps and any unauthorised distribution of these will be subject to legal action.
Delivery Of Goods To You
The Company will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. The Company are entitled to make deliveries by instalments or partial deliveries.
Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted, usually within 7 days, and in any event within 30 days of despatch of the order. All delivery times quoted on the web site are estimates only, based on availability, normal processing and delivery companies.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and the Company will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
